• Conservation board are made of chemically purified wood pulp from which all potentially harmful substances are extracted.
• This type of board is always alkaline buffered.
• Buffered with calcium carbonate – protect against acidic elements in the environment – alkaline pH.
• Solid colour – when beveled the colour remains consistent throughout.
• 100% conservation quality – can be used alongside virtually on any work of art
• Fade bleed resistance – pigmented paper that has excellent fade resistant properties.
• Barrier Board – used in conjunction with the 600 series this product enables you to provide a total conservation framing service.
