A white, neutral pH adhesive made of archival polyvinyl acetate (PVA), Lineco Neutral pH Adhesive is ideal for artistic creations such as collages and bookbinding, and for adhering mats and objects within a frame.
This adhesive has excellent "lay flat" properties and a good open time. It dries clear and fast, it won't become brittle with age, and it's re-moistenable with water.
This adhesive is not recommended for attaching hinges to art.
