To compare MORSO – NFX with a moulding machine the following points must be considered:
1. A cleaner and more constantly accurate cut will be produced with MORSO – NFX.
2. The MORSO – NFX produces no dust and therefore requires no extraction.
3. The MORSO – NFX requires less than 15 minutes to change the cutting blades, to the set-up,
and to the positioning of the stops.
4. As the blades wear, the 45o angle remains unchanged, ensuring consistently accurate joints.
5. The MORSO – NFX cuts plastic, all kinds of wood including MDF.

 

Nose knives are also available in inches.

FEATURES

  • The Morso NFX range of notching guillotines are strong, heavy duty, machines which will last for generations. They are dust free, manually operated, and does not need compressed air or electricity to operate. Only manual foot power. No expensive dust extraction is required.
  • The Morso NFX guillotines have been designed with a moveable fence system enabling the machines to work with pieces up to 200 mm wide. This is particularly use full in cabinet and door productions.
  • Apart from the moveable fence, the Morso NFX guillotines works after the exact same principles as the Morso NF range.
  • The Morso NFX cuts hard wood, soft wood, MDF, plastic etc, and leaves the cutting surface of the material with an unbeatable, professional smooth surface, requiring no further preparation before joining.
  • The special designed adjustable bead stops ensures that the machine cuts in the exact same position every time.
  • The Morso NFXS guillotines works with nose knives from 6 – 20 mm (also available in inches) and the Morso NFXL guillotines work with nose knives from 12 – 26 mm (also available in inches)
